A warm welcome to our five heart-led apartments. If you want to enjoy a carefree stay in a family-run home where every wish is catered to, you´ve come to the right place. A comfortable home away from home awaits you in your private retreat. A modern interior combining alpine flair and contemporary design. Our apartments are named after the surrounding mountains of Saalbach which invite you to new adventures every day. The fifth apartment , Anthony, is named in honor of my parents, Anton and Hedy. Because of them , I am able to keep running this family home.

Summer in Saalbach – here, there’s something for families, peak climbers, and bike enthusiasts alike. No wonder, with a whole bunch of adventures for kids.

80 km of finest lines & trails with up to 9 state-of-the-art mountain lifts providing endless biking experiences.

Winter holiday

Ski unlimited – You can expect 270 km of perfectly groomed slopes with the most modern lift facilities in Austria’s largest connected ski area. And enjoyment in the many rustic huts certainly won’t be neglected.

Located in a quiet area, but still right in the center of everything.

Saalbach/Center is just 1 km away and easily accessible.
The bus stop and hiking and biking promenade with motor skills trail are only 100 m away.
The restaurant "Rosso" with café/bar/pizzeria is just a 3-minute walk away.
Supermarket a comfortable 15-minute walk away.
Breakfast - Order your bespoke breakfast online from the Katschner bakery and have it tailored exactly to your preferences - for a relaxed start to your day, fresh bread and pastries are delivered to your apartment door.

Your perfect day on the montain starts outside your door. Choose either the direction toward Saalbach or go directly to the Schönleitenbahn lift in Jausern. Reach both destinations in just 5 minutes by bus for a direct entry to the cable car.

In front of the house is a large parking area, and with our in-house snow-clearing vehicle, we guarantee snow-free, hassle-free access. Of course, there is also a heated ski and boot room, and in summer, a lockable bike storage room.

For the little ones, we provide a baby cot and high chair.

All apartments feature: free Wi-Fi - a flat-screen cable TV - Nespresso machine with starter set - dish-washer - two separate bedrooms.
